Changing the time is done with the handset in the cradle.

1. Enter programming mode by Pressing the Intercom key + # 652 (Listen for the confirmation tone)
2. Enter time "HHMMSS" (in 24 Hour format)
3. Press "#" (Listen for the confirmation tone)

1. Enter programming mode by Pressing the Intercom key + # 651 (Listen for the confirmation tone)
2. Enter date "YYMMDD"
3. Press "#" (Listen for the confirmation tone)

Toshiba Strata VI XII & XX E

Changing the time is done from Station 10.

1. Enter programming mode by Pressing "RDL" then "SDS"
2. Dial 51 for Date
3. Enter date "YYMMDD"
4. Press "RDL"
5. Dial 52 for Time
6. Enter time "HHMMSS" (in 24 Hour format)
7. Press "RDL"
8. Dial 53 for Day
9. Enter day of week (1=sunday, 2=monday....etc.)

Toshiba Strata DK8, DK16, DK24, DK56, DK96

Changing the time is done from the main console phone (lowest extension number i.e. x100).

1. Enter programming mode by Pressing "RDL" then "SDS"
2. Dial 651 for Date
3. Enter date "YYMMDD"
4. Press "RDL"
5. Dial 652 for Time
6. Enter time "HHMMSS" (in 24 Hour format)
7. Press "RDL"
8. Dial 653 for Day
9. Enter day of week (1=sunday, 2=monday....etc.)

Toshiba DK280

Changing the time is done from Extension Port 00 (usually station 200).

1. Lift Handset and Dial #652
2. Enter time "HHMMSS" (in 24 Hour format)
3. Press Redial
4. Replace Handset
