All Changes Must be Made from the designated System Administrator's Phone

1. While on-hook, Dial 9800
2. Display shows DATE (current date)
3. Enter date "MM, DD, YY"
4. Display shows TIME (current time)
5. Enter time "HH, MM" (in 24 Hour format)
6. Press 1 for AM or press 2 for PM
7. Display shows [SYSTEM DATE AND TIME UPDATED]

Note: You can backspace to correct information by pressing MUTE or you can press * to cancel and leave it unchanged and start over.

IMX 612 / 1224 / 2460

All Changes Must be Made from extension 100

1. While on-hook, Press SPCL and Dial 021
2. Display shows [SET TIME OF DAY]
3. Enter time "HH, MM"
4. Press * for AM or # for PM
5. Display shows [SET DATE MM-DD-YYYY]
6. Enter date "MM, DD, YYYY"
7. Display shows [SET DAY OF WEEK SUN]
8. Scroll through the day-of-week by pressing # to go forward or * to go backward. When the desired day is displayed, press SPKR to terminate programming. You hear a progress tone.

Note: If you make a mistake while performing the following procedure, lift and replace the handset to start over, or press MUTE to backspace.

1. While on hook, press SPCL and enter the feature code 4 - 1
2. Enter time "HH, MM" (in 24 Hour format)
3. Lift and replace handset to end programming
