Changes Can be Made from Any Phone

1. Press the MENU (OR F1)
2. Press PARK3 (Far right soft key)
3. Enter Password ***#
4. Press 1 for SYSTEM FUNCTION PROGRAMMING
5. Press 4 to SET TIME
6. Enter TIME in Twelve Hour Format
7. Press #
8. Press PARK3 to indicate AM or PM
9. Press # to confirm
10. Press H/F (or replace receiver) to end programming

Executone IDS System

If not already in the System Programming screen, from the Main Menu press the B key

1. Press [T]
2. Enter the time in 24-hour clock format
3. Press [RETURN]
4. Press [RETURN] a second time
5. Enter the date in month-day-year format
6. Press [RETURN]

All Changes Must be Made from the Main Operator Screen

1. Press [CRTL] [P]
2. Press [ESC]
3. Screen will say Enter Password to go to main menu. If you know the PASSWORD enter it now or, Please try: PASSWORD or P
4. Press [B] for system programming
5. Press [T] (Cursor will move to Time section)
6. Type in HHMM military time and hit [RETURN] or [ENTER]
7. Type in date (even if correct) and hit [RETURN] or [ENTER]
8. Press [ESC] (Screen will be back at main menu)
9. Press [E] to return to Main Operator Screen

Encore

All Changes Must be Made from extension 20

1. While on hook, press the PROGRAM button
2. Press the DOWN SCROLL button until SYSTEM PROGRAMMING is displayed
3. Select SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
4. You will be prompted to enter a password. Enter 1 1 1 1 #
5. Select SYSTEM
6. Select TIME AND DATE
7. Enter time in military time format
8. Enter date MM DD YY
9. Press CONFIRM or SPEAKER to end programming
