Preventive Maintenance Agreements
We offer several different maintenance agreements. Some of our agreements include labor, parts,
and travel time. Whichever agreement works best for you, your printers or plotters will be covered
against hardware failure. We also include two inspections and cleanings per year. During our cleaning
process we change out all the necessary parts, not just a cleaning.
Dry InkJet Cartridges
If your inkjet printer indicates that it is out of ink, remove the ink cartridge and lightly shake it
to determine if it is actually dry. If you hear and feel ink in the cartridge, the print
heads on the cartridge need to be cleaned. You can clean the print heads by using a cotton swab with
a little bit of alcohol. Lightly rub the cotton swab on the print head and replace the print cartridge in
the printer.
