Choosing the right Phone System

Answering the following questions will help you narrow down the choices. Take this list and review you company goals to determine the answers.

How many phones do I need?

How many lines do I have now?

Do I need voice-mail or an auto-attendant ("press 1 for sales, 2 for service, etc.") now or in the future?

How many people will be on voice mail?

Will I need loudspeaker paging in a warehouse or yard?

What about wireless phones and/or headsets to increase productivity and reduce fatigue?

What kind of growth or expansion do I expect in the next 3-5 years?

Will there be a call center?

Are you thinking about integrated messaging in your company now or in the future?

Will I be connecting multiple sites now or in the future?

How do I want to pay for the system; cash, finance, lease?

What brand do I want?
